Miserable Ovulation
Hello!
I am very in tune with my body and have always charted my ovulation. I am usually pretty miserable during ovulation. I have the heaviest/full and uncomfortable pain for a few days.
Sometimes after ovulation I’m pretty miserable too for a few days. I just lay.
Is anyone else this way?
