Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Hello, I’m experiencing a tender abdomen, needing to pee more often and my pee slightly burning. However Iv been tested for everything, including a water infection/UTI and STI’s, everything has come back normal. Could I have pelvic inflammatory disease from having BV in the past or something? I’m running out of ideas and I’m concerned it’s that, it says on google swabs can come back negative yet you may still have it
