Should i get a second opinion ?

Hello! I am 35, we have been trying to conceive for a little while now. I have had five IUIs and then I took a two year break due to personal reasons. Just in the process or my sixth iui and it looks like my follicles do not want to come out and play and that is even with follostim injections. My amh is also very low as is my estrogen. This is the first cycle this has happened however obviously I know I’m older now. Today my doctor said he didn’t think I would be an IVF candidate because of what occurred during this cycle. Which I understand; no follicles means no eggs. However I was pretty surprised we would go right yo that decision based off one months results. Should I get a second opinion? I am continuing the injections this cycle and going back in two days although they aren’t (understandably) optimistic.
