Weird tissue discharge?

I had a colposcopy biopsy done earlier this week because I kept coming back positive for HPV but today I noticed that when I was peeing I felt like something was also coming out of my vagina, and a weird transparent with a little red tissue like thing had come out. It was pretty big too and it did not look like discharge, it was a literal piece of tissue. I’m wondering if this is normal after having gone through the biopsy? Anyone else have a similar experience?
