Is there anyone out there who can give me some advice on how to continue breastfeeding my 18m old while recently finding out I am 6w pregnant. GP advised that I should stop, but I don’t really want to?

Your GP is wrong and you can very much continue to breastfeed your child.

I continued through my whole pregnancy and am now feeding both. I think that my supply dropped a lot though when I was around 4 months pregnant. I wasn't able pump anything anymore but still bf in evenings. You can do it. Biologically, we're meant to bf.
