I’ve been trying to get pregnant since may after stopping depo in December. I’ve had no luck yet. Anyone have  any suggestions? My ovulating day was yesterday and I had sex this morning, how high would my chances be this time around?

how are you tracking ovulation? If it’s just through the app, it probably isn’t correct. it can take a healthy couple up to a year or longer to conceive. you only have a 33% chance each month.

Its normal for it to take up to a year to conceive because you only have a 30% chance each cycle even when you time everything correctly. Its best to either have sex every 2 to 3 days during your whole cycle or track ovulation with opks and bbt and time sex with your opks and confirm ovulation with bbt.
