Has anyone had a similar experience? Can someone tell me what’s going on?

I have a religious 28 day cycle. I’m 20 months PP and AF returned at 3 months PP. Since then the same thing - 28 days. Well I’m on CD33 and since yesterday I *think* I saw a couple squinters on my FRER’s and dollar store cheapies. I don’t track ovulation but my app says I should have on the 9th… is it possible I ovulated or implanted late? I have a full feeling in my uterus, I’ve been dizzy the last two days with sore boobs. Has anyone had a similar experience?
