Could my boyfriend be cheating?

I'm 22F he's 30M. We've been together almost 7 months. At the start I found tinder on his phone with messages on planning to meet with a woman. When I saw it all he cried and told me he thought I wasn't serious even though we exchanged "I love you"s and was in a relationship. He deleted the app.

I haven't had any suspicions of him cheating and he proved himself to me. He treats me like a princess, our relationship is healthy and we communicate.

I found out I have HPV and pre cancerous cells on my cervix which will turn into cancer (I have cervical cancer in my family as mum and nan had it)

But recently I've been constant thrush, bv and uti's.

My hygiene is good and I've always been careful with my vagina due to having bv in the past.

I've NEVER had constant thrush, bv or uti's before until this past 2 months. So I am confused as why all of a sudden it's happening.

We do have unprotected sex and I am on the implant.

Could he be cheating or am I being paranoid?
