Leaking fluid 36 weeks?

I have a drs appointment the 27th at 1pm, so I don’t know if I should wait until then to go, but I’ve been having a lot of discharge and my vagina has been getting super wet recently like with a fluid that is yellow? Smells like sweet baby juice? But it’s liquidity in some spots and discharge

in others? And it’s mixed together idk I’m very confused plz advice. You can see shiny stuff on my fingers that’s from the more liquid parts of the pad? Idk if it’s pee sweat or what 🫶🏼😭
