Is Flonase safe to use during pregnancy?

I developed a cold and can’t sleep with the sinus pressure and congestion. The steamy shower didn’t work and I have some Flonase but am unsure if it’s safe to use. Do any of you know? I seen my midwife today but i didn’t have cold symptoms until after my appointment smh so I was unable to ask.

Simple saline works just as well in my opinion and it’s just salt water. But I think Flonase is fine too.

Yes. I use Flonase I’m 28 wks pregnant my doctor told me it was safe to use. But unfortunately as bad as my sinus is and it’s only one side it doesn’t give me much relief .
