Three things I did to heal my hair that don’t include switching my shampoo

3 things I changed to heal my hair… besides my shampoo:

1. I started focusing on scalp health and incorporated weekly oil treatments into my routine to help balance my scalp. I was able to go longer between washes and provided my scalp with a healthy environment for hair growth where all of the thinning was happening along my forehead.

2. I added a leave in conditioner to my ends to offer them hydration and repair damage where they were brittle and breaking. Now even with adding bleach, my ends are stronger and softer than ever.

3. I started doing a weekly hair masque routine to add in moisture and help eliminate frizz while make my hair more manageable. It makes my hair buttery smooth with less tangles and less styling needed. This also has allowed me to air dry for the first time in EVER! Which has helped me keep my lengths healthier than before.
