Hey everyone!

Is anyone else suffering with insomnia? I’m just over 7 weeks and my goodness the fatigue is real come the end of the day but I’m then struggling to sleep! Then waking in the night once or twice, uncomfortable and then needing a wee! Vicious circle 🤣 I’m then on shift so struggling! The nausea is very manageable with a biscuit or two and regular nibbles- feel very fortunate but I’m struggling with the fatigue/insomnia! Any tips gratefully received! Lots of love to you all x
