1st Pregnancy at 36…Anyone else terrified?

I am constantly having to keep reminding myself that it’s okay and redirect my negative thoughts and fears of miscarrying. This is my 1st pregnancy at age 36 and I have wanted this little one for SO long but I’m so terrified of losing it.

It’s perfectly normal to be terrified. I’m 35 and pregnant with my second. I had a missed miscarriage, then ectopic pregnancy, then my little one, then another ectopic pregnancy and now pregnant again. It’s taken me 3 years to get to this point, I’ve decided I’m going to stay positive and enjoy every minute this time🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I'm 37 and pregnant with my 2nd. I have a lot more worry and anxiety this time around during these early weeks. I'm just trying to staying busy and active and know that a lot of it is out of my control. Sending healthy baby and mommy vibes your way! We got this!

I’m 37. 38 in a couple of months and I’m pregnant too! My first pregnancy ended in 2020 and waited 3 years to get pregnant again! It’s very scary!

I’m also pregnant with my first at 36 and I am terrified also. I just try to remind myself that being terrified causes stress and stress isn’t good for the baby. So the best thing I can do is just try my best to relax.
