Anyone with APS treated with only low dose aspirin throughout the pregnancy and have a good outcome? If you found out you had APS during pregnancy, did they have you take aspirin and heparin or just aspirin.

I have to wait until I am 12 weeks before I get my second blood test to be officially diagnosed, (my first was very high @112) and I’ve been taking low dose aspirin since before conception. I’m just worried it might be too late after the 12 weeks to start heparin and I’m hoping that aspirin alone will do the trick until then. I’m 9 weeks tomorrow. Two previous back to back miscarriages, one was MMC. I’m also on progesterone suppositories, but I can’t stop worrying and wondering if I should be on more than aspirin.
