Braxton Hicks

Has anyone been struggling with Braxton Hicks? And do they usually feel like bad cramps? You’d think I’d know this by now, I know every pregnancy is different, but I don’t remember feeling this much cramping while having them, they’ve always felt like just tightening and I would get out of breathe a bit, but this time I get cramps around my pelvis area, also experiencing pain in my crotch area, like pressure, I think the baby is just real low as I feel more heavy in my pelvis then out of breath. It’s so frustrating cuz I just wanna be able to lay down through out the day but I have 4 little ones to take care of and can’t 🥲
