Anxiety over fianances

Moving out for first time. My bf and I both make around 4K a month each. The place we are looking at rent is about $2.7k. i’ve never lived outside my childhood home. would this be something we could do? if someone could let me know the other expenses and if i’d still be able to save i’d appreciate that :) he’d be paying a little more than me, he makes on the higher end of 4K and im lower end, plus he’s been working for longer than i have btw.
