What is going on

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anybody was in the same boat as me. I'm 15 day late on my period and starting to have light pink/ brown blood when I wipe that started last night. My last time I test for pregnancy was September 23 which was negative. I don't if I just wait to see if my period come or take another pregnancy test. I am getting cramps and headaches but is normal for me when I'm about to start. I also have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years now.. so any advice will help!
