34+1 major hip pain

So I’ve been feeling excruciating hip pain after sitting for more than 10 minutes at a time to the point of walking with a limp afterwards. It usually fixes itself if I continue trying to walk but it also feels like baby has “dropped” this week (pics for reference). This is my first full term pregnancy so I was wondering if anyone is also experiencing this or if you did too? And if you did, how long after did you go into labor? I see my doctor this Wednesday so I plan to mention it to her then
