35 weeks 5 days so much pressure

Anyone else having pressure in panty line area? It mainly happens at night and hurts so bad to move. Was checked at the Dr today and only dilated to a 1. I’m having a C-section at 37 weeks due to high blood pressure and because I had to have a previous emergency C-section with my first due to the cord being wrapped around his neck. Just overall more u comfortable this go around than I was with my first. Also I’m an older mom 36. Just curious to see if anyone else is having the same issue.
