mastitis?

i’ve had a headache the past two days. this morning when i woke up my left boob was killing me. i’ve continued to nurse and i tried to pump and got maybe half an oz (i usually get about 2 oz per side). i massaged it by itself and while nursing. my back has been killing me all day to the point i couldn’t even stand anymore. i’m laying in bed resting now but i have horrible body aches that are making my skin crawl. i don’t even feel like i could walk because i think my legs would be too wobbly. i noticed a couple red splotches as well. no fever that i’ve noticed.
