Hey! I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow with my second pregnancy and I suffer from severe anxiety depression , I wanted to know if anyone who’s pregnant is on medication for this. To calm the nerves down when there having a panic attack. I was taking Ativan but my doctor recommended me to stop talking them and if I really need too than I can take them as of 12 weeks. But I don’t want too. I wanna know if there’s something safer to calm my nerves down when having an attack at that moment like the ativans help.
