How do I wean my 1 year old?
Baby turns 1 in a few days and I want to wean. My goal for breastfeeding was a year and I’m so burned out and mentally frustrated that I will not go any longer once I’ve hit my goal. Please tell me how to transition baby who still breastfeeds 5 times a day and doesn’t seem to want to stop.
I also have no interest in pumping. I just want
to give my baby whole milk.
