Idk if it's just me but after I masturbate I'm always like "what am I doing" then I become disgusted like why tho I know I'm not the only one

You do not have to listen to that little inner critic that finds fault with everything you do. We all have that. Masturbation is natural, healthy, and good for you. There is nothing bad about it. Just because we do it in private, does not mean it is bad and you have to feel guilty and ashamed. It just means that it is private.

Become aware of your inner critic and that she does not have your best interests in mind. It is just religious and cultural conditioning, mesages that were given to you conciously and unconciously over many years. You will never get totally rid of that voice, but when you recognize it, you know that it is not true.
Another thing that happens during an orgasm is that there are feel good hormones being secreted in your brain. When these subsides, it drops for a short period of time to lower levels than it was before you started. This can lead to depression for a short period of time, and that can lead to your inner critic thinking she can make you feel guilty and bad about it.
