12 week old fighting while eating

My 12 week old fights me and is very fussy while eating. Although it's not all the time, it's still frustrating I switched from a slow feeder to a regular thinking it will help but it doesn't. I even burp him after an ounce or two and still no help. Anyone else has this problem ?

Also can I let him sleep through the night now ?
