High blood pressure 38 weeks?

I had my 38 week appt yesterday and my blood pressure was high for the first time ever. It wasn't going down so they did a nonstress test which was fine. Also did a bunch of lab work that has been uploaded to mychart but idk what I'm looking at so I have to wait to talk to the doctor. I'm concerned though because I've had a persistent headache since last night that isn't going away with Tylenol. I'm scheduled to have a repeat c section in exactly a week. Others experiences?
