Need all the sticky baby dust!!!!

Please please send positive vibes my way!! Last year i had two miscarriages (one in february and one in july). Both pregnancies i didnt find out until after i had miscarried because i had such a heavy and long painful "period". Well i went for my papsmear on the 28th of sept and tested negative there. But the papsmear made me bleed a LOT - like a period for 3 days then it stopped. After it stopped i started having pregnancy symptoms (nausea sore boobs) so i tested and got a positive on october 5th (very faint) and doctor confirmed yesterday. She said all we can do is hope the bleeding is a coincidence and see if my hcg levels continue to rise or not. Im feeling hopeful with my symptoms and line progression but i need PRAYERS, ADVICE, AND EXPERIENCES. We want this baby so bad.
