Waking at 5
I’ve always struggled with when the clocks go back for winter. Both my kids wake up between 4&5. One is 1 year old one is 4. In the summer they went to bed between 7 and 730 and woke between 6&7. Should I be putting them to sleep later or earlier for fall/winter?
I’m sleep deprived and my head is pounding because of it. My youngest is overtired and isn’t making it past 639pm and still wakes up for 5. What should I do?
Sorry there’s 2 questions in one there should I put them to bed later or earlier and how should I do this
He normally had one nap in the morning about 9-11 and was fine but recently he’s having 2 sometimes 3 naps. One on the school run in the pram one about 11-12 and sometimes one about 2 - 3 if we’re at my moms cause she says he needs it
