This is exactly how I feel!! My daughter is 5 years old and has always been a mommy’s girl. Well not too long ago I found out I’m actually 24w pregnant with a little boy. My daughter is SO excited to be a big sister- picks out toys in magazines, wants to get wipes and diapers when we go to a store. It gets to me some days and I still feel bad that it’s happening. She’s my best friend and I don’t wanna ruin that between us because of me bringing another baby into our lives. The last thing I ever want to do is upset her and make her feel like she’s not loved. But oh is she ever so loved!! I was told I could never have kids because I had a high chance of dying if I got pregnant. I went thru pure hell during my pregnancy with her so she is and always will be my little miracle.

I felt so guilty getting pregnant again. I felt like I didn’t have enough time. My kids are 18 months apart so I really didn’t lol. however my first born was so sweet and amazing to my second born. they grew up with each other and they forever have a best friend. their faces light up seeing each other even if it’s while one was in the bathroom for two minutes they come running and hugging each other. We tried not to say “not right now the baby need mommy” but if we did we also said it to the baby if that makes sense. if baby started crying “ one moment i’m helping sissy”. we spend one on one time with each kid also one a month too. even if it is to run to the grocery store my kids love having their mommy time or daddy time

I get nervous about this, but I know my daughter would be so excited to have a sibling. Our love will grow and we'll learn to balance both

This is EXACTLY how I feel right now with my son. Husband and I have been debating for a while too and it seems like everyone else is having more and we’re still not sure (me more so than him lol) but idk if I’m done having babies either
