Photographer help

So I got pictures of my family done by someone my go to photographer (she didn’t have any spots open) recommended to me

She has like 200 likes on Facebook. Which makes me think she is just now beginning. She also has 5 kids.

I’m trying to be patient but it’s going on 1 month. I messaged her 2 weeks ago and she still haven’t seen it. She’s been on her photography page because I searched her name and she recently commented on a post.

What should I do?
