Any advice would be nice

I had got my bfp digital on September 28th. on October 8th I had blood work done and they said my levels were at 5,900 but they couldn’t tell me how far along I was. I spotted the entire month of august and had some light bleeding in the beginning of September so I honestly don’t know if I’m early or what. The clear blue digital came up quick and the other test showed up immediately
