1st scan didnt go as planned
Supposed to be 6 weeks and 6 days today based an my LMP of Aug 24th. The scan said I was under 6 weeks appox. I have a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole yet. Estimated ovulation was Sept 20th and BFP Sept 29th. Can everything still be okay at this point? I have had 2 miscarriages already and am so nervous.
