the guy i’m dating has one best friend and it’s a girl he’s known for a couple of months (9) through work, who he frequently used to spend time together with before we started dating. they used to have sleepovers with each other until i told him that i don’t want him to. they do everything together and he talks about her all the time, whenever i mention something he always finds a way to bring her up. if i’m talking about a movie, he will tell me that she also likes that movie or that we drive the same car, she does this and says that and it’s making me jealous and question their relationship. especially since he one time he told me that they had slept together, and then told me that it was just a joke when i got quiet. i talk about my friends a lot too, but he seems crazy about her. idk if i’m just jealous or if i have a reason to be.
