My current job consists of inbound calls from people that have recently had a total loss vehicle and we assist in getting the proper documents for the vehicle in order to get the owners paid. There are so many things i have to mention in each call or i get points deducted, my social anxiety doesnt let me think properly, i panic and politely just provide the information as best as i can and i try to get off the call as soon as possible or keep repeating things because my mind freaks out. Sometimes i need to be empathetic and idk what to say and i feel bad all i can say is im so sorry. I feel like.i suck at my job due to this. I keep trying to look for a new job but they all require customer service, i am wanting a remote job. What titles should i be searching for? When i type in remote they are pretty much all customer service
