IUI 2ww buddies

Hey everyone, I'm on my second round of IUI and this time round it felt different it was very painful procedure had alot of cramping on my ride side ovary 😩 also I started brown spotting after it was done which is common and can happen but didn't get it last round does this mean its going to be a successful implantation 🤔 I went on to have a walk around Liverpool and rested when I got back I thought I would just have cramping for 2 days but every now and again I get cramping on my right side 😩 my belly feels bloated and uterus feels heavy and sensitive! also had high basal temp aswell so don't want to do any symptom spotting it's soo hard to not test 😂
