I’m so confused! Some insight please

I had a chemical in July. Previously I had 2 others also. So I’m stressed about my lines. Top was yesterday FMU (11dpo) middle was this morning FMU (12dpo) and bottom is 3 hour hold. What the heck is going on. Now I feel like it’s back to dark again. All same tests out of same box
