Sprintec- excessive bleeding/long periods

Hey ladies 👋🏾

Is anyone currently on Sprintec and experiences long periods? I recently started back taking birth control, after about a two month hiatus, on 9/17/23 and I started off spotting lightly then my scheduled period came but now I’m still bleeding and my period is still here. Not sure if my body just needs to get adjusted or if I should step away from Sprintec all together.

Any tips on long periods? I read online that cinnamon helps. What helps you most when you have long periods? Have you ever experienced this while taking Sprintec?
