I’m 37 weeks and 5 days and I just found out yesterday that from my 32 week ultrasound to the ultrasound I had yesterday that baby girl has not grown properly and they are wanting to induce me tonight. I am a first time mom and feeling very anxious for this whole process considering I declined the elective induction that they offered me last week for whenever I turned 39 weeks because I wanted to go into labor on my own. Now it is medically necessary that she be delivered asap. Any tips to help with my anxiety
