I used medela for my first, that was 5 years ago so I’m sure there’s new and improved!

Medela sucks I hated it while I had to use in hospital until my spectra came in. 100% spectra.

Avent worked really well for me, way better then medela. Spectra isnt available.here so cant compare.

I love my spectra, but the base is bulky compared to other brands. I'll likely get something different with my next baby

Medela was meh, not the best for me. The spectra basically suckles like a baby would breastfeeding and I had better results with it.

I used Medela and spectra. Spectra was quieter and faster BUT it only gave me EXACTLY what kiddo needed or matched what I was breastfeeding. I could get extra with the Medela. I was trying to build a stash ahead of starting work and couldn't with the spectra but could with the Medela. So I kept both around depending on my need. Plus some spectra are battery and so I could pump in the car on the way to appts....lol.
