Engorged
had my baby on Monday . My milk came in this morning . Super full, hard and painful. So I tried pumping for just 6 mins. Got nothing on one side and half ounce on other. Tried pumping again and it’s super painful. Only got like 1 ml and still am really full . First time pumper so not too sure what to do it get relief or how to get the milk out with less paint
