IVF questions!

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone knows of any vitamins that are NOT recommended/allowed during IVF & pregnancy? I have had wls and am currently on a fair few supplements so wanting to make sure I’m not taking the wrong things before I start my first cycle!

Also I have been feeling a little nervous about the FSH injection side effects, how long did it take for you guys to start feeling any side effects after the first shot?? I’m taking my 1st tomorrow so starting to get the nerves as I’m not great with sickness & pain

And what were the most common symptoms you guys had with the injections and what helped?
