simular stories?/advice?.. threatened miscarriage.

Hey, so on oct 14th (saturday) i woke up to brown discharge (old blood) in my underwear and then i started lightly spotting. i went to a recourse area located near me and they measured baby at 6 weeks, heart rate at 128, yolk sac present, etc. everything looked good. eventually tho i went to the er the same day where they did bloodwork and told me i was okay (hcg was 6,017.99). although on oct 16th i got terrible terrible cramps and passed 2 medium sized clots bright red and all.. but yet it wasn’t enough to fly through a pad. just a panty liner. i immediately went to the er where they did bloodwork but the wait time was too long so i ended up going to another local er where they too did bloodwork. the first er told me my hcg levels were 7,524 but the second er said 6,597.99 which in my opinion (correct me if im wrong) that difference cannot happen THAT quickly? especially because i was not bleeding that bad within the hour difference of each blood draw. when they did my ultrasound they found baby but said heart rate was only 52 bpm (terrible i know). they also said i have a subchorionic hemorrhage. baby was measuring 7 weeks but gestational sac only measured 5 weeks. “findings are suggestive of an abnormal pregnancy”… they diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage. on the 18th i had an ob appointment where she measured baby at 7 weeks 1 day however she did not find a heartbeat ALTHOUGH both of us agreed that we swore we saw flickering at one point she just couldnt pick it up. “ no visible CM (idk what that means), no visible YS (yolk sac) less than expected amniotic fluid present.” a day later i went to an ultrasound tech she she saw a camber of the heart moving (theres 4 chambers but she only had access to one).. and then this morning (20th) i woke up to the panty liner i had on having blood on it (not quite bright red but not old blood either) and passed a weird looking thing while i peed (kinda like uterus lining??) i go back to my ob on wednesday (25th) for a follow up. sorry for the photos in advance. can someone share their stories? success stories? advice? anything? (the order of the pictures is from the light spotting (blue tile in background of pic) to dark to the lining looking thing and pad back to light)
