Ovarian cysts?

Does this look abnormal to anyone? I usually have a very flat stomach, but over the past 6-12 months I’ve been developing this increased area in my abdomen and it’s just very abnormal for me, I haven’t gained weight but I’ve been losing - struggling just maintaining my weight. I have a hard time going to the doctor because it is hard for me to afford it :/
