Is my implant still 100%??

I’ve been on nexplanon almost 6 years. My 1st was 2018-2021 and now 2021-2024. I get regular period still and I’ll be getting it replaced May 2024 so my question is is my implant still 100% effective or do I need to start using a backup till May? My boyfriend and I have sex without a condom usually but he always pulls out (I always worry about pre C though😅). My last period ended the 14th and I had a little white discharge for a few days then we did it the 20th and 21st. Is that normal or is it ovulation discharge? I’m a anxious person so some one give me a peace of mind lol
