What could this be on my bby

So I notice upon coming home from work Bbg was sleep when she woke up she had these red welp marks on her face & cheek on one side . She got them before in the car when falling asleep in her chair so I thought maybe she just slept a little hard . After washing her for the night I notice these spots are still there and she is a little warmer then usual now noticing a little runny nose . She’s still eating and taking liquids . Has anyone had these on there baby ? She has an appointment coming up soon so I will be sure to bring this up .
