My boss asked me to come in on my off day I declined because I am not available, she asks again the next day I decline bc I once again told her I’m not available to work. She walked away pouting. Well I had a day off this week and wanted to use my PTO, I filled out a paper left it on her desk she moved to mine, I move it back and she ignores it. I left it for another day still no signature. Mind you I wouldn’t have to fill out a form and need her approval if she put my coworker and I’s schedule in our app for us to do PTO there it would go straight to HR. So she is refusing to sign this because I won’t pick up an off day??

She gets mad if you even want to take vacation time or call off if you’re sick. But If she does it , it’s fine.
