Cold sore on babys lip?!

Please tell me if it’s just bumps that can go away or a cold sore. It didn’t develop two hours before bedtime! He is 10 months and is up to date with vaccines until his one year! If so, any advice? Should I call his pediatrician immediately?

Both just look like drool rash.

I don't think it's anything to worry about. Doubt it's a cold sore. Cold sores are the herpes virus btw so not what you want him to have and i doubt that's what it is. Probably just a drool rash but ask a doctor. The people that answer on here aren't usually doctors.
