Baby eczema

Question

My son has baby eczema and I want to know if anyone has any suggestions on what to use on him that doesn’t have oatmeal in it? Cause I’m pretty sure he’s allergic I’ve used stuff that has it in it and it’s made it worst every time. So I stoped and just use Aquaphor, it helps but doesn’t make it go away completely. Any suggestions?

Eucerin cream. Comes in a tub and is very thick. Auquaphor is really only protecting the skin, not deeply moisturizing. We also use tubby Todd and that works best but I’m not sure if they have oatmeal in their formula or not. Worth looking it up because it works so well.

Honestly, time is the only thing that helped my kids. My daughter outgrew it and my youngest daughter is just now starting to outgrow it.

We tried all the creams and steroids, and the only thing that cleared up my baby's eczema was completely eliminating dairy from my diet. The cow casein protein was in my breastmilk, and apparently my lo is intolerant to it. I would try eliminating all dairy. Other common food triggers are egg whites, soy, and gluten.
