How do you guys get rid of a cold sore? I’ve had one for 4 days now that is just more painful by the day. I’ve tried every over the counter cream I’ve been taking l lysine and ibuprofen like it’s candy and it’s just not going away. I can’t go to my primary because I’m ALWAYS at work and can’t afford to take a day off. But I’m going to try and make an appt to get something called in just seeing if there’s any home remedies that will actually make it go away. My anxiety is so much worse when I have them I just feel so ugly and want it gone
