She’s almost 3 and she’s out of control. I have never seen another child like this. She throws tantrums for everything. She is a little speech delayed so I think that’s part of the problem but I don’t know what to do.  Talking nicely and explaining things to her she runs off before I even finish she just doesn’t car….yelling at her she doesn’t care…timeout she doesn’t care. I don’t know what to do. I’m so tired I’m dealing with 15-20 fits a day.
