Newborn only eating for a few minutes at a time

My baby is 10 days old, and starting yesterday she has been eating for less amount of time than usual, she will usually only eat for about 4-8 minutes at a time now and will fall asleep, I’ll try to wake her up to see if she wants more but she will stay asleep. She’s been having enough wet/dirty diapers as far as I know, but I’m still concerned she’s not getting enough or my supply will dry up, I also have to use a nipple shield because I have inverted nipples and she won’t latch otherwise(I have tried pumping to pull them out then putting her on) and she won’t stay on because they’re I’ll go back in, so my LC recommends I just keep using the nipple shield even though my supply could drop
